About Anna
My work sits at the intersection of coaching, somatic practice, and integration support. I work with people navigating periods of transition, emotional intensity, or the quiet feeling that something in their lives is asking for attention.
Rather than following a fixed method or protocol, I allow each session to unfold in response to what is present. The work is grounded in pacing, safety, and careful listening, creating space for change to emerge rather than be forced..

My Approach
My Approach
Our work may include conversation, reflection, somatic awareness, breathwork, sound, or integration support. We decide together what feels most appropriate for you and for the moment. Some sessions are primarily conversational. Others invite more direct experience through the body. Whatever form the work takes, the intention is the same: to help you feel more grounded, gain greater clarity, and move through life with a stronger sense of choice.

My background and approach
My background and approach
I am a coach, therapist, and integration guide. My work brings together thoughtful conversation, somatic awareness, and reflective practice to help people navigate periods of change with greater clarity and self-understanding. I have always been fascinated by what shapes us. Why do some experiences become turning points while others leave us feeling stuck? How do our relationships, our bodies, and our life stories influence the way we move through the world? These questions have guided my work for many years and continue to inspire my learning. I often work with people who find themselves at a crossroads. Sometimes they are navigating a significant life transition. Sometimes a relationship has ended, a career no longer feels right, or an experience has changed the way they see themselves. Rather than offering quick answers, I believe in creating the time and space to explore what is happening with curiosity, compassion, and care. From there, new perspectives and meaningful change can begin to take shape. I work with individuals in person and online, as well as through small groups and retreat settings.

What does a first session usually involve?
What does a first session usually involve?
A first session is a conversation. We take time to understand what’s bringing you here, what you’re hoping for, and what feels supportive right now. From there, we move at a pace that feels appropriate — there’s no fixed agenda or expectation.
Do I need prior experience with therapy, coaching, breathwork or altered states?
Do I need prior experience with therapy, coaching, breathwork or altered states?
No. This work meets you where you are. Some people come with years of experience; others are entirely new. There is no “right” way to arrive, and nothing you need to prepare in advance.
Is this work suitable if I'm feeling overwhelmed or unsure?
Is this work suitable if I'm feeling overwhelmed or unsure?
Yes. Many people reach out during periods of uncertainty, transition, or emotional intensity. The focus is on grounding, regulation, and clarity…not on pushing you into anything you’re not ready for.
How do sound, breathwork and integration fit into your work?
How do sound, breathwork and integration fit into your work?
These approaches are offered as supportive tools, not as requirements. We decide together what feels appropriate. Some sessions are conversational; others may include somatic or experiential elements when helpful.
Do you offer online sessions?
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes. I do offer coaching sessions online and these often work well. We can decide together whether meeting remotely or in person is most appropriate for you.
How do I know if you are the right fit for me?
How do I know if you are the right fit for me?
We begin with a simple conversation. That initial exchange is an opportunity for both of us to sense whether working together feels aligned. There is no obligation to continue beyond that.
